4. Obstacles - Limiting Factors & Emotional Interference
Strengthening this component means becoming great at taking ownership of your circumstances, controlling your environment, and side stepping potential obstacles by preparing in advance. It's also builds your toolbox of success strategies – setting up roadblocks, knocking them down and making them go away forever.
5. Influence - Social Circle - coach or mentor, friends, family & co-workers
You are who you hang around, or like the famous quote states, "you are the average of the five people that you spend the most time with." Simply put, your chances of being successful increase exponentially when you surround yourself with great people, top to bottom, because you can’t achieve a great vision without a great team.
6. Adherence - Personal Accountability & Responsibility
This means becoming better at execution – taking your vision down to the ground and making it real. You'll strengthen this component by taking action, being consistent, and following through with your word. You don't have to be perfect, but you do have to be focused on progress.

2. Data - Assessment & Feedback
Data is a flashlight, not a hammer. This helps us cut through feelings, opinions, and emotions and boil your progress down to a handful of objective numbers that give us a pulse on what direction we're headed.
3. Plan - Workout & Diet Strategy
This is the secret ingredient in my coaching process, and it's probably the most common reason why people come to me. We'll execute a synergistic plan of prescribed and individualized nutrition and training techniques that work together to transform your body. Thinking this area alone will provide lasting change is also where others go wrong. Consistency, simplicity, and slow steady progression are the keys to your success here.
