Getting Focused and Gaining Clarity


The Focus Day is a day to get clarity on where you want to go, why it's important, what intentions you'd like to set along the way, and how you can gain confidence in your ability to achieve it. You should leave this meeting with clear expectations, set priorities, improved communication, resolved issues and key milestones set in place.


Implementation represents the day to day practice of what we outline in the Focus Day. We'll assess different measures weekly, monthly, and quarterly to ensure that what we're doing is in alignment with your vision.


Feedback, growth, and development is the act of repeating different steps in The Coaching Model and The Coaching Process to ensure that you're always improving.  


The way that these steps build on one another, when combined with execution, allow you to experience unparalleled improvement.
